BY COMMISSIONING MY ARTWORKS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. I OBTAIN THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A COMMISSION AND PROVIDE NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A VIOLATION TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

You may not redistribute or profit from my artworks by any means unless previously negotiated for further commercial use.✦ Please credit Chubberwocky or link my social medias when posting my drawing anywhere online.✦ Not for NFT use. Strictly no AI.※ PAYMENT ※✦ Payments are upfront via Ko-fi or PayPal by paying an invoice sent to you.
NOTE: An additional of 3.49% + $0.49 of the commission price will be added to your payment as PayPal fee.✦ Prices are for reference, and are subject to changes based on the complexity of your requests.✦ All commissioned artworks will be publicly used for self-promotion. If you would like the commission to remain private, an extra 10% fee will be charged.✦ If you would like the commission delivered in less than 2 weeks, an extra 30% fee will be charged.※ FEEDBACK & PROGRESS ※✦ Please submit feedbacks as detailed as possible to avoid complications.✦ You may not add more details that have not been agreed on beforehand or after I have already started finalizing the artwork.✦ Commissions are digital files: Transparent PNG, 300 DPI.✦ It will take me around 3 weeks to 2 months to finish depends on the type of commission. I will update my progress every 1 to 2 weeks.✦ Progress will be updated in my TRACKING LIST everyday if there are changes.✦ In case you want to delay your commission after I have contacted you for your queued slot, I can only put your slot on hold for a maximum of 6 months.
